The graduate will be prepared to organize, carry out and supervise building work, design simple buildings and engineering constructions. The objective of these studies is to train specialist staff which will be essential for preparing designs, constructing and supervising modern residential, office and public buildings.

Specialities*:

Housing Industry – This speciality combines knowledge of designing buildings and infrastructure with the knowledge of carrying out building work. It also combines theoretical knowledge of designing wall barriers and building constructions with practical skills.

Modern Technologies – This speciality is aimed at students who are fascinated with the most modern buildings constructed using the 21st century technologies e.g. super skyscrapers, glass buildings etc.

Properties – The objective of this speciality is to educate experts at property management, transactions and property valuation. It also prepares students to work as managers and analysts when organizing and carrying out investment activity.

Roads and Motorways – This speciality is aimed at students who want to deal with building streets, roads, motorways and their maintenance. The graduate will be prepared to manage roadworks and supervise embankments, excavations and building infrastructure.

Renovation and Modernization – This speciality is aimed at students who like working in buildings in restoration and dealing with the documentation of renovation works.

Investment Management – Students of this speciality will gain basic knowledge of investment management, particularly management of material and financial investments. Graduates will be also able to work out an investment strategy, prepare and assess investment projects.

Railways – The graduate will gain knowledge of designing, building and maintenance of modern, railroads, underground, special railways and other elements of transport infrastructure. They will also know different methods of planning the development of railroads, controlling the rail traffic and modernizing the existing objects of rail transport.
